Dr. Mickey P. McGee

Director, DBA Program
Dr. McGee earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and his Master and Doctorate of Public Administration from Golden Gate University. He is a retired US Army Officer who served in various combat infantry and cavalry assignments around the world, including command of infantry, airborne, recruiting, and armored cavalry units. His staff assignments include organizational effectiveness consultant; executive officer of an infantry battalion deployed to the Persian Gulf; personal staff assistant to General Colin L. Powell; and chief of training.

A past recipient of the Nagel T. Miner Research Professorship focusing on Business Analytics Education, Judy has developed and taught Master of Science degrees in IT Management, Project Management, and Business Analytics.

Dr. Alan Roper

Distinguished Adjunct Professor
Dr. Alan Roper is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor recognized with the Outstanding Adjunct Faculty of the Year Award in 2019, Distinguished Adjunct Professor award 2021, and Ted Mitchell Distinguished Adjunct Professor award for 2023. He is the Academic Technology Manager at UCLA and a three-time recipient of the UC President's Star Award for innovation in pedagogy and online learning.
